‘Recover Quickly’

‘Recover Quickly’ – a transformational therapeutic approach

Whatever life throws at you, gaining your composure and sense of well-being doesn’t have to be a long, drawn out process. If you are looking for help, but not for a lifetime on a couch, contact Gigi DeBaun today. As an Advanced Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ACADC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Gigi has the diverse background to help you with your specific therapy needs.

A note from Gigi ...

In general, our society does not adequately prepare individuals for healthy introspection and interaction. This stunts our ability to set boundaries, feel compassion and experience self-love. So, we typically look to another person, or to a behavior or substance, to make us feel alive, worthy, and complete. Invariably, this puts unnecessary strain on individuals as well as relationships. Today, rarely do people meet their potential. Helping individuals, and families, move into their potential is what I have been called to do. And I am grateful to say I have done it with much success over the last 15 years.

In the addictions field, I have learned that it is better to empower individuals to choose—from the numerous, effective therapeutic approaches—a path that is right for them. It is all about getting to core issues that are unresolved. In the process, a therapist should not have to force-feed a program to his or her client, and a client should not have to spend a lifetime in treatment.

It is a great privilege to walk the journey with my clients as they regain their freedom. I hope to hear from you soon.
